Mobile, PDA, Smartphone & Web based working with OperaNet - .NET Server for Opera II & 3
OperaNet is designed as a web (or company Intranet) access solution for read and write access to Opera II & 3 data.
Allowing you to securely view and update Opera II & 3 data, the OperaNet server has two modes - PDA and Browser. One OperaNet server component supports both modes simultaneously
OperaNet Browser Access
Forms and data can be managed via a web browser or a smartphone (dependant on operating system, service and screen size)
Your Pegasus Opera CRM data can be accessed and updated via a web browser. For browser applications, no installation is
needed at the client side as a standard web browser is used. This approach means that mobile staff such as engineers and sales teams with 3G capability can access live data
from your system. You can even allow your customers controlled and limited access if required.
Shipped as standard with a range of ready made forms, the content and layout of the data can be
customised to your specification and includes necessary validation to ensure
that form data cannot be posted back to your system if incomplete or invalid.
Data is fully encrypted and live - No data is stored on the client machine. As a browser is used, no client software needs to be installed.
