Cases, Lenses recieved with item. Call can be charged to Manufacturer, Insurer or Customer. Multiple choices are offered for FOC and chargeable work.
Tracking by Serial Number and full item and repair history maintained. Fault and repair codes are recorded and can be reported back in
export format to Manufacturer. This type of equipment often changes hands and can be transferred to new owner record with full history by serial
or asset number maintained.
